    I tried the F4 plug-in, and my checkout page also has a shipping phone input box, but sometimes I still receive orders without a phone number, and there is no billing phone or shipping phone. I need to email the customer to ask for the phone number. Shipment, why is this?

    Hi @portkeysmarketing2

    Looks like you use a instant checkout method for paypal and credit cards, which completely skips the normal WooCommerce checkout. If the normal checkout is skipped, then you wont get any phone numbers. I think thats the reason some of your orders dont have phone numbers. If someone uses the normal checkout, you should always get the phone numbers, if the field is mandatory.

    WooCommerce > setting > paymentys > PayPal Checkout > Require Phone Number

    If I turn on this button following the appeal path, can my problem be resolved?

    If not, can you give me some suggestions and what can I do to solve this problem?

    You can try this option, maybe it will help (at least for the billing address). I don’t know how the plugin handles the phone number, because it has noting to do with our plugin. If thats not working you may ask the paypal checkout developers if there’s an option to get both shipping and billing phone working.
