    Hi

    My client has been on to me and she is only receiving emails for listings from the main category “Cars” but not from her other main categories “Motor Bikes” “Trucks” “Lorries”. She is getting listings from these but no email – How is that? she has the pro vision

    Hi,
    We don’t have this type of option email only for one category, it’s general, will work for all as usual. May be he customize it, do you know about it?

    Her system is set up like so – fill out the form, pick your payment and pay – she will receive an order email after. But she only receiving order emails for one category not the others

    E.g Dogs, Cats ,Reptiles and Birds are 4 categories she has for sale. When a customer fill out the form he/she picks the category dogs and pays she will receive the payment email for that, but if a customer fills out a form for the other categories ( Cats, Reptiles or Birds) she doesn’t receive these order emails but the form is submitted and paid.

    Is there a box i have to enable/ disable or is there something within the categories i have to fix.
