    I had Zettle integrated and working properly with my site, and then somehow the plugin went away. I see this happen occasionally with other plugins also. I reinstalled the Zettle plugin and receive an Authentication Failed error after completing Step 2 and entering my API key. I do not have the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin installed. WooCommerce does have a Paypal standard option and I have tried disabling this prior to Zettle authentication. The Zettle authentication fails with the same error.

    Help is appreciated.

    When you get stuck on the onboarding process and retrying the process only gets you stuck at the same point, you will probably need to clear up the Zettle DB entries so the onboarding can be started as a clean attempt.

    The issue that you get stuck on 2/6 of the synchronization can be fixed by removing the DB entry woocommerce_zettle_settings in the wp_options database. You can do this by accessing your database via a plugin like WP Data Access or any other tool that allows you to access and correct the WP database.

    Hi Joost,
    Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. I removed the woocommerce_zettle_settings DB entry, tried to reauthorize, and receive the same error. Help is appreciated.

    did you first uninstall the plugin before you removed the DB entry? This might be best to have a clean install from scrap.
