receipt_email support

Hello Tom,

I am now working on the version two and won’t add any options before version 2 is released.

That said, there is an action hook that can be used to add the receipt_email to a charge being created, i posted an example at https://newo.me/add-receipt_email-to-charge-via-action-hook-in-direct-stripe/

The action hook is to be used from your (child-)theme functions.php file.
