    Hi Kamran,

The problem is that HTML has no tag for ‘paper cut’ so the receipt will be the length as sent by the browser, eg: one A4 page.

We could try adding a CSS page-break-after property … I can’t guarantee this works, but if you can test on your printer it would be helpful for me and other users.

    Hey @kilbot

I got this issue resolved you can’t believe.

I realized that if i erase the footer that is inserted by the browser as we are printing through browser. So i search it and found that it is easily could be done in Firefox.

    Just follow me.
    1. Open Firefox
    2. go to File then Page Setup.
    3. “Margin & Header/Footer” tab
    4. Set all values of header and footer to “blank” and press ok.
    5. Now open your pos in Firefox and see the magic.
    6. Prints perfectly and cuts right after the receipt test.

So the real culprit for the long preview and the long print is the browser footer inserted by the browsers.

Its take my three days to rectify this and please share this information at your website help documents at https://docs.wcpos.com/v/0.4.5/en/receipts.html so every body will know this as i see many people got this issue.

By the way i am using a cheap printer named BC-85AC by Black Copper https://www.blackcopper.net/thermal-receipt-printers/8-black-copper-turbo-thermal-receipt-printer-bc-85ac.html

I do not found the process of erasing the browser footer in chrome by the way.
