reCapthcha Malformed

Hello

Does anyone know why the google reCapthcha’s border is being displayed malformed???

This is what I did:

1. I upgraded to WordPress 3.6
2. I changed my theme to Twenty Thirteen
3. I created a Contact Form using the plugin Ajax Contact
4. I pasted the shortcode into a page
5. I signed up for google’s reCAPTCHA
6. In my settings I said I wanted to use reCAPTCHA

However when I view the page the red border thats surrounds the reCAPTCHA is malformed
