reCaptcha works, still cannot receive messages

    After the last automatic update of WordPress and Contact form 7, I stopped receiving messages sent from my Contact page, although I get mail alerts about new message in my inbox.

    I followed all the steps to install Contact form 7-reCaptcha v2. Now it shows and works on the Contact page, but I still don’t receive messages sent to my email box from my Contact page.

    If you disable this plugin and attempt to send a message, does the message go through as expected?

    We believe this is not an issue with this specific plugin but Contact Form 7 itself ( or the server where the site is hosted ). Contact Form 7 has some documentation on this topic which you can find through their website. We also suggesting going through the Contact Form 7 support forum to see what the plugin developer suggests.

    We’ve attempted test submissions against the forms themselves and it appears to be functioning correct so we do believe the issues lies somewhere other than this plugin.
