    Hi team,

    I have encountered an issue with my reCAPTCHA plugin on my website. It keeps displaying a message that says, “The reCAPTCHA verification period has expired. Please reload the page.” I have tried deleting and reactivating the plugin, as well as creating a new site and secret key, but the issue persists. Could you please help me understand the reason behind this problem?

    Hi,

    Could you please specify in what forms you use the reCaptcha plugin on your site?
    Also, we should mention that reCaptcha Version 3 keys expire in 2 minutes, and you should reload the page to pass the reCaptcha. This is the correct work of the plugin.

    I use the reCaptcha plugin for the login form. Upon checking, I noticed that the previous message, ‘The reCAPTCHA verification period has expired. Please reload the page,’ is no longer appearing. Instead, it now shows ‘bws_google_recaptcha’ on my website. So if this message indicates that the reCaptcha is working correctly?
