    Hi There,

    since 16.08.2024 I noted the issue on my checkout page – cannot fulfill the transaction (error: recaptcha verification failed.)
    This applies despite if enabled or disabled the new functionality “Google reCAPTCHA v3 support for WooCommerce checkout” from CarLift plugin version 3.1.15.
    I have also double checked google recapthca keys on my page but did not found anything strange.

    Problem on checkout page diapireded when I disabeled the CarLift plugin.

  • @atkarolcia Hello, I am also using the Card Lift plugin on my website. However, it seems that after the recent update, it has been preventing orders from being placed. It adds a hidden Google reCAPTCHA field, and since this field doesn’t function properly even if you enter the keys, it prevents orders from being completed. Since August 15th, we have been unable to receive orders, and we are talking about a client site that typically receives 15-20 organic orders daily. We discovered the issue today, and despite reviewing all the code and error logs, we couldn’t find the problem. However, as soon as we deactivated the Card Lift plugin, the system was restored. We recommend deactivating the plugin.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand that you’re experiencing a problem with the checkout page, where the transaction cannot be fulfilled due to a “reCAPTCHA verification failed” error.

    If you have enabled the new functionality “Google reCAPTCHA v3 support for WooCommerce checkout” from the CarLift plugin version 3.1.15 and are facing this issue, we recommend increasing the reCAPTCHA score. A lower score might cause Google to fail the verification process, leading to the issue you’re encountering.

    However, if the reCAPTCHA functionality is disabled and the problem persists, we have identified this issue on our end as well.

    @splusweb Rest assured, we are actively working on a fix and will be releasing it very soon. As soon as it is released, we’ll let you know here promptly.

    I have the same issue here. I disabled the plugin and everything works fine again.

    I my case “Enable reCAPTCHA V3:” was disabled and still had the issue.

    Will wait for the update and try again.

    @johan2022 I had a same problem was disabled but same problem. When I disabled plugin it’s works.

    I tested the plugin and on this stage there is no issue with reCAPTCHA verification.
