Recaptcha verification expired when/during submit

  • I get messages from clients which have difficulty with the recaptcha checkmark on our contact page.
    The check seems to timeout/expire during submission. This causes the form to not be submitten and us receiving calls of people with this issue.

    Is this a know issue or is could this site-specific (case related to our website)? I have a paid license and have latests updates installed. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the site if that helps: site

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
