    Hi,

    I updated to reCAPTCHA v3 and for integration I properly inserted site key and secret key.

    Now I see on all pages/posts reCAPTCHA pop-up window and always appears on bottom-right, except on page where is Contact form is not seen – check link.

    How can I hide this? On contact page normaly should stay as part of contact form.

    Regards

  • After this update, I am receiving more spam emails in the contact form.

    A “quick” solution is to add

    .grecaptcha-badge{
    display:none;
    }

    to all pages that do not have a contact form…

    This of course is not ideal but at least is a temporary fix. I agree the icon should be there when a form is on a page and recaptcha is working in the background BUT the icon should not be on every page of the entire website.

    This is absolutely terrible. I don’t want a recaptcha badge on every single page of my website. I’d rather deal with spam, not even joking.

    Please allow us to use v2, or at least only load the recaptcha script when there’s an actual contact form on the page.

    Could you please have an option to put it bottom left? It is clashing with a scroll up and related post.

    You are allowed to hide the badge, if you add some text to your contact form: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq

    Jesus Christ this is so annoying! Is there an alternative plugin that works and simple to use?

    I wanna uninstall Contact Form 7 because of this. This Google badge really annoys me! Why would I mark all my pages with GOOGLE and advertise GOOGLE? Does Google advertise me?

    This is probably one of the most annoying things that a plugin has ever done. Please let us switch between reCAPTHCA 2 and 3 or just add an option “disable badge” and do it ASAP!

    I was basically FORCED into this mess. After the update I was forced to switch to reCAPTCHA v3 like everybody else and just like everybody else I am pissed off!

    Hey guys, here is how to remove it from others pages if using contact form 7. How To Remove Google reCAPTCHA Logo from Contact Form 7
    There is also a way if your’re not using contact form 7

    Easy fix. Use Perfmatters script manager plugin or Gonzales plugin and you can remove the reCaptcha script from running on all pages except the contact page. These plugins are great in general for removing non-essential scripts.
