Currently recaptcha is enabled while I’m trouble shooting. There’s nothing in the devtools from the browser that shows what the error could be?

Edit to add: in my mail log this looks like it’s been an issue since 3/12/2023 for them. The error there says “Could not instantiate mail function.”

Can confirm – have been having the same issue on multiple websites for a few weeks. I’ve had to remove ReCaptcha integration.

Does anyone know of a working version we can roll back to?

i added WP Mail SMTP plugin and set the client up with Sendinblue for free as they get less than 2 emails a month from their website.

I had to add a DNS record but the walk through was fairly simple. It seems to have fixed the issue I was having; hopefully this is something you could try?

I use transactional emails from Sendinblue on all my websites, I go through Sendinblue plugin not WP Mail SMTP
DNS record is to enable domain name under Sendinblue account

I have the error message even going through Sendinblue transactional emails.
It seems that the error message is not all the time, some email can go through

• The screenshot shows that submissions failed because some spam filter (probably reCAPTCHA) caught them (orange border).
• I don’t think Sendinblue has something to do with this issue.
• Try activating reCAPTCHA and looking for the reason of the orange border.

I reactivated reCAPTCHA and followed instructions on your page “Why is this message marked “Spam”?” installing Flamingo

Message sent during testing where not marked as spam today but an other issue happened after installing Flamingo it broke my email template

Without Flamingo my template were clean (using WP Email Template LITE) now there are gaps over and below logo and after text content
I deactivated Flamingo, problem is still, I am not able to have a clean template any more
How can I fix this ?

Edit: I have just tested to disable WP Email Template LITE, my email template are broken, there are empty line before header, before content, after content and between all line.
Even when disabling Flamingo
Please help to fix this

Edit 2 : It seems that template email issue is from Sendiblue, I disables transactionnal email through Sendinblue and template is fine.
It happened right in the same time I enabled Flamingo, I will get in touch with Sendinblue on this issue

EDIT 3: I installed WP MAIL SMTP and use Sendinblue account for transactionnal email, template is back to normal going through WP MAIL SMTP.
Template are NOT OK when going through Sendiblue plugin, I opened a ticket with details of issue to Sendinblue so issue is NOT related to Flamingo, that’s a bad coincidence that incident with Sendiblue happened right in the same time I installed Flamingo

I already had problem with Sendinblue extension using transactionnal email, issue are solved when using Sendinblue account through WP MAIL SMTP

Issue with Spam might be related to Sendinblue plugin

Using WP MAIL STMP is way more stable than using Sendinblue plugin (my opinion according to experience I had using Sendinblue on multiple websites)
