reCaptcha v3 error 400

I have properly setup reCaptcha v3.
I am using cf7 v5.4.1 and I am getting these errors on chrome consoleGET https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?render=6LfDyOcaAAAAAN52szTrtP2wAUb7N1DxFMLjFkUK&ver=3.0 net::ERR_ABORTED 400
Uncaught ReferenceError: grecaptcha is not defined
