reCAPTCHA V3 allowing spam

@ajtruckle Thanks! I read the policy wrong then. The policy says to leave identification so I assumed that was the badge.

Anyone knows for how long reCaptcha v2 will exist? Will it be abandoned by google soon? I really don’t like v3 at all. It will take for ever on my site to meet the minimum visits to get the score and there is literally no options in the recaptcha admin, i see people talking about setting the score threshold but there is nothing like that in my admin and most likely will take a very long time before something changes. I really need to use something stable that will last a long tiem. Fu**** SPammm….

it says v2 is not going away but for how long? still i’m stuck with contact form 7 that only use v3…

@norke88 I thought the same thing. I actually didn’t know there was a certain amount of visits. Where did you find this out? It does seem that v3 is more for high traffic websites. Which is NOT ideal for Contact Form 7 to do this and not still support v2. This is crazy!

@norke88 v2 doesn’t have an EOL yet and honestly… sounds like it won’t for awhile.

I found it on another thread i dont remember, it is completely insane, it was so nice with v2… NO spam at all with v2. Now we are all stuck with this spider web of issues nonsense

Yeah ok but now i have to work multiple hours on contact forms because contact form 7 upgraded to only use v3… what im i suposed to do now? mehhh

Yeah, IMHO I would have stayed with v2. But it will work out … eventually … ??

Eventualy… if it does… but.. then our clients will have enough to get spam and will annoy us like hell because of it and they dont understand what is going on but we just all get the sh** from them.

As the author of this plugin has said, someone can write a “plugin” that integrates with CF7 to re-use V2. I don’t know how to do it …

yeah a plugin on top of another plugin, what a great idea to have conflicts
