Hi Robert,
I guess it is used for the contact form.
I have just found in my WordPress backend two updates showing on the contact, and I just clicked on it and was then required to follow some instructions, which I don’t understand. That’s all.
Can I get rid of it?

You likely just need to enter your reCAPTCHA API token which looks like it is 6LftPIMUAAAAAEGoS7EGySZ2tbihrAWCxPZn2DoM into the Contact Form 7 settings in Contact > Integration.

I recommend asking in the Contact Form 7 support forums for further help.
