Okay, I was just asking because I am not getting any information about this subject from nowhere. Btw I found this chat about the same subject:

That’s certainly not ideal in relation to the other queries with no response. It’s possible that in that Help Center those responding are volunteers as opposed to staff members.

I would suggesting performing some searches or asking your own question in Stackoverflow. From the checks I performed in the same community others did ask the same, as you also indicated.

Yea, maybe.. I don’t know if those are just volunteers or not.
