v2, v3 invisible or visible all fail. We have put in at least two tickets to support with no answer in days. Is anyone working at Ninja Forms?

We are properly getting our keys from Google and updating them in Ninja Settings. We are also selecting the right visible or invisible for the form element itself.

Invisible shows a check box or nothing but an error message about completing a challenge you can’t see. Sometimes the page just loads with an image challenge without even interacting with the form.

Your reCAPTCHA is SERIOUSLY BROKEN. Are people just paying for an abandoned plugin?

  • You realize you are posting messages on a WordPress forum and not on NinjaForms Support, right?

I would suggest that you first read the message ‘Get Faster Support’ that is pinned to the top of this forum.

Ninja Forms is a good product. Just generally speaking, bashing a product or support staff will not ensure you get better service. Having said that, Justin and team provide knowledgeable and professional service and, I’m sure, will handle your issue as professionally as they always do.

I understand that you may be frustrated but please remember many companies have a smaller crew during the holidays to allow employees to spend time with their friends and family.

I hope your issues are resolved soon. Namaste

    Thanks knrobb54. I hear you.

However, we posted here 5 days ago. Sent in support tickets 5 days ago. As you look at submissions here and see lots of “0” answers it gives Ninja Forms the appearance of rarely answering. That’s helpful feedback for the brand so it can grow. Even if someone checked in time to time on posts that would be awesome. Lots of plugin makers do that, even ones without a paid version.

We’re not the only ones asking if there is support, so hopefully you have reached out to assure them too help is on the way. When people pay for stuff there is an expectation of timely service.

So far all we have received are autoreponses. So trust me, we are super looking forward to awesome support from Ninja Forms.

Our agency has used Caldera exclusively for years on TONS of client sites. We’d love to be able to send all that business to Ninja when Caldera expires. But there has to be support for a paid product. All for giving Ninja a boost if we can.

As the saying goes, “Help me, help you.”

To be clear, I am NOT an active member of the Ninja Forms team…but you should be aware that in much of the world, the biggest holidays of the year are being celebrated, on top of the fact that there was a weekend involved. I’m sure the team will reply to you when they return to the office after spending much needed time resting and enjoying the holidays with their families. You continuing to berate and belittle the team publicly here over the holidays is a bit much…please be patient. Happy holidays to you and yours @sdagency.

We moved to v3 and removed the reCAPTHCA block we had put in the form, just leaving the reCAPTCHA item on the Advanced tab items. Seems to be working now.

Heard there is a glitch with v2 popping up the image puzzle for other users so we are avoiding v2 for now.

Our support was limited during the Holiday season, but we still sent replies to requests in a timely manner. I am sorry if you did not receive our replies from our support request system.

Can you make sure that the correct v2 or v3 reCAPTCHA keys are added under Ninja Forms > Settings?

The v2 reCAPTCHA is added to a form via the v2 reCAPTCHA field, and the v3 reCAPTCHA is added to a form via the v3 reCAPTCHA action.

Unfortunately, Google’s reCAPTCHA algorithm decides whether to give you a reCAPTCHA image challenge or not.
