Recaptcha stops form working

I am trying to set up Recaptcha on my basic form.
Whenever I add the API keys into the integration page, the form will not send at all, I just get the ’failed to send, try again later’ message.
If I remove the API keys from the Integration page, the form goes back to working properly. Do I need to input any tag onto the contact form?

Remove recaptcha tags if you have them in your form.
P.S. After you’ve made V3 recaptcha, wait 30 minutes and try to submit the form ??
