reCaptcha settings "gone"

Hi guys

I’ve reCaptcha 4.1 and WP 4.0.1

Now under “Settings” and then “WP-reCaptcha” there are Options missing. Let’s say I don’t have anymore the option “Comment Options” and “Registation Options” and so on.

I just simply have now the options:

– Site Key (Public Key)
– Secret (Private Key)
– Theme
– Language
– reCAPTCHA Ignored

Now the captcha is shown everywhere on my posts and so on. What I only want is to shot it in contact form… Where are this options gone?
