Hello,
I’m having a problem with reCaptcha (V2 and V3) in a form in Safari. The console gives me these errors:

`The source list for Content Security Policy directive ‘script-src’ contains an invalid source: ”strict-dynamic”. It will be ignored.’

It seems to be a known issue. But I haven’t come across any working solution.

Any chance to fix it so it doesn’t report an error in the console?

I trust you’re doing well!

I’ve tested reCaptcha V2 and V3 with Safari on my end and can’t replicate this issue. If you have an Ad-block extension enabled, please open your site in an incognito window and see if an error still showing up.

Would you please share here a link to a form on your site so we could see the issue? Please let us know what Safai version you’re using on your end.

I’m doing fine, thank you.

I put the form on a separate test page here:

I tried it in a private window and the console still shows the errors.

I use the latest Safari 13.1 and the latest macOS 10.15.4.

To hide these notices you must use the correct header and let the browsers know what should load or not. This may break your site and how it loads.

Note that this is a very advanced security feature and you must include any possible sources of your scripts.

You can implement “Content-Security-Policy” by using PHP header() function.

PS: This is something that can not be implemented (automatically) by a plugin itself but manually by the webmaster.

thank you for the information. This is way beyond my skills. I’m curious about one thing – why does this only concern Safari? Don’t the other browsers care and ignore this?

This happens because the Safari browser is a bit behind in development. Please see information about browser capability here:

Some scripts that are used in the reCaptcha are not compatible with all browsers.Please see course here:
