reCAPTCHA response is missing – Error Message

    Hi I am getting the error message “An error occurred when saving your question. Please report it to the website administrator. Additional information:?reCAPTCHA response is missing.” when I try to submit a question with “reCAPTCHA v3 for Q & A” enabled.

    The site key and site secret are the correct v3 keys, obviously if I disable reCAPTCHA the form works fine but I would like to keep it enabled
