This is a new error to me & I have been using DUPLICATOR for years. Now after importing my webpages to my local host I get this error and cannot proceed to the wp-admin page.

ERROR: Human verification failed. Please click the square box in the reCAPTCHA block below.

  • Hey @webmasternsfd

Thanks for the feedback! I would recommend disabling the reCaptcha plugin or reinstalling it. The same process can be done from the installer if you want. See section 3 in this FAQ item:

? ? – Why do I get a 404, redirected, path errors/issues, or unable to log in after installing?
    ? ? – https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-installer-210-q

Let me know if this helps~

Actually, this did not help. There is no reCAPTCHA plugin on my site; rather there is a reCAPTCHA option within the WPforms plugin that may be causing the problem. I have disabled it within the WPforms settings multiple times, but that has not helpled. I have disable the reCaptcha option and created many, many new Duplicator Packages. Each time I have been unable to shake the ERROR: Human verification failed. Please click the square box in the reCAPTCHA block below.

    Hey @webmasternsfd

I’m not 100% of what the issue might be. Duplicator doesn’t have any reCaptcha code in it, so I’m not sure where that issue would arise. If you would like to submit a support ticket for this issue we can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this forum thread when submitting the ticket.

    Cheers~
