• We use [recaptcha] at the end of our forms, which seems to be sometimes causing the email in the To: field to not receive the confirmation. I saw in another thread that you said someone was having errors in their recaptcha, so I took the recaptcha out, and that did seem to help. You said to review the settings (which have not changed since last year when we used these forms). Do you know what settings might be causing the issue?

    Thanks.

Well, it’s still happening intermittently, even with the recaptcha shortcode deleted. It’s only the email going to the To: field that fails, the Reply-to and Cc are ok. The To: email is a gmail address, if that matters.

I tried submitting the form with a different email address, which goes into the Reply-to and Cc, and then it worked.
