    I have added a WPForm with enabled reCaptcha to my popup made with Popup Box. However it doesn’t work properly!
    After submitting the form the reCaptcha window is shown behind the popup i.e the popup is blocking the reCaptcha window, which is essentially blocking the functionality of my popup!
    Please advise how can I resolve the issue.

    Most presumably there is a CSS conflict on your website.
    Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled.
    2. Let us know what version of the plugin you are using.?
    3. Let us know what Theme you are using.?

    Dear Jasmine,

    Here’s the info you requested:
    1. Link to the page with the popup: https://www.andriyannasflow.com/practice-with-me/. If you scroll down to the Pricing part, there are 3 columns with buttons. Each button is linked to a popup with a form.
    2. Popup Box Version 4.2.3
    3. Using a child theme of Blocksy, called Blocksy Child.

    However bear in mind that at the moment of me writing this reply, there have been a few theme updates and there’s been a change in behaviour. Now the reCaptcha is not shown at all, not in regular forms or in the popup and the form can be submitted without the security step. Therefore there’s some other problem at the moment.
    I will message again if needed, once this overhead issue is resolved.

    Thank you for your response and the info.

    As far as I understand, you inserted another form into our popup, and the problem is connected to the reCAPTCHA of that form.?
    We checked the case on our end and couldn’t find any issues in our plugin.?

    Please get in touch with that plugin Support Team so they can check out the case and help to fix the issue accordingly.
