Recaptcha not working on lost password page

    Hello,

    The recaptcha is not working correct on the lost password page. The Google bar is displayed, I can do the puzzle and Google said OK. But I can request a new password without clicking the recaptcha. We get attacked almost every day and now I know why….

    I’m absolutely not blaming your plugin. Maybe it is incompatible with the Theme I use (DIVI frm ElegantThemes). Could you please take a look?

    I found a possible bug. When I try to reset the password for a known e-mail-address I get the Recaptcha message. But when I use a non existing e-mail-address than I get no Recaptcha message…

    This is for the Woocommerce lost password page as also for the WordPress lost-password page.

    So it means that it’s working for me ?

    Thank you for your answer. Yes, that is looking good. So there is something else wrong on the website. I tried the other plugin “Simple Cloudflare Turnstile” and although it looks good, I cant check if it is working correct……

    I like Turnstile because it also stops spam comments unlike this captcha, but turnstile can be used only on 10 websites because of cloudflare limitation, annoying.

    Ok, I see that the same issue appears with the Cloudflare plugin. When I use a not existing e-mailaddress with unchecked recaptcha I get the message that the link is send, so without recaptcha. Using a know address recaptcha is working and gives the error: Please verify that you are human.

    Found the issue….. when disabling Wordfence Security it is working fine.

    You should never use all these $hit security plugins… They are so useless and only bring problems…
