The comment was closed so I am starting a new ticket. I am having this problem on two websites: saferchemicals.org and brooklandcivic.org. I enabled Captcha on comments on brooklandcivic.org, because it has less traffic. The error happens in the same way on both websites.

The error when you try to submit a comment says:
ERROR: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again.

If I am logged into WordPress, I can see the captcha form on the comment form. But when I am not logged in the captcha form is not visible, so you can not input the value needed to complete the form.

Hi, it looks like the error has been fixed. I can see the captcha now when I am not logged into the website, here: https://brooklandcivic.org/july-2016-minutes/

We’d like to note that it was possible to visit your site only using proxy.

We visited your site and found out that google captcha shows up in comments form (https://prntscr.com/cjv7pg). Also, we tried to leave a comment without checking “I am not a robot”, and received an error (https://prntscr.com/cjv85l). After that, we visited https://saferchemicals.org/2016/08/10/at-costco-members-get-good-prices-organic-produce-and-toxic-flame-retardants/. Google captcha shows up there too (https://prnt.sc/cjvajx) and blocks incorrect submissions (https://prnt.sc/cjvbb2).

Please check captcha using another browser.
