Recaptcha not working in some countries

Hello,

I’ve intigrated recaptcha in my site and its working fine on my side,
My client which is in Colombia said that they cannot see the recaptcha in their side.
I’ve used proxy to visit the site from different locations and there are errors showing up.
I’m using wordpress 5.6.2
