reCaptcha not working correctly on v5.1

Hello,
First of all I want to thank you for your work, it’s a great plugin.

I have noticed that you have updated the plugin to v5.1 and the reCaptcha integration, but the problem is that it disables directly the old v2 reCaptcha and if you have a lot of websites to manage it’s just a pain to actually do the change on every single site, so I propose to you to try to create a compatibility mode where the shortcode [recaptcha] will still be available and use the old v2 API by default, and through a plugin setting we can opt for v3 and add the API keys… instead of just breaking the functionality on every site as it just happened now (image managing 100+ sites that are now all without the reCaptcha and with all the bots sending spam…)

PS: for those who updated too quickly you can download the previous version from the WordPress repository by choosing the “Advanced view” on the plugin page and after that the previous version (v5.0.5) or just download it through the following official link:
