recaptcha not working at all.

I did everything that is says to do and nothing! i have added the keys and it says active but NOTHING shows up at all. It is invisible. Im not live yet and i am working off a host gator tewmporary url, could that be the problem?
I downloaded contact form 7 and the contact form extension and wp-recapcha, ami missing something here?
