reCaptcha not working

  • Hi
    I’ve installed UM with the 8 months ago and after I installed the reCaptcha extension.
    It worked perfectly until this morning.

    The problem I have is that when re reCaptcha extension is active, there’s no login.
    When I try to login or register a new user, the screen reload the login page, without errors, and there’s no login.

    Until yesterday was all working perfectly, but today I’ve this problem. I needed to install the recaptcha due to ongoing attacks by hackers, bots and spammers, so I need that function.

    How to solve?

    Hi @leoneagle,

    Have you installed any new plugins recently?
    Make sure that you have the latest version of the Ultimate member installed.
    Do a conflict test so we can rule out theme/plugin conflicts.

    Hi, I discovered that the incompatibility is with the “Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft”. I need that plugin for protect the wp-admin page. Do you have any suggestions?
