reCaptcha not working

It sounds like you may have a plugin or theme conflict.

If you deactivate other plugins, do you still have the problem? If you temporarily switch to the default 2015 theme, do you still have the problem?

It turns out that the conflict is with BestWebSoft’s Google Captcha plugin. If that is inactivated, the reCaptcha on my Formidable forms works fine. However, this means no Captcha on my login screen, so not ideal. Hopefully one or the other of these plugins will get an update soon and my problem will be resolved.

We are seeing the same issue. In the meantime, is there a way to disable recaptcha on the form until there is a resolution? Currently, the form does not pass and users cannot send in comments.

For the moment, you could remove the recaptcha field from your form or deactivate the captcha plugin on the site.

I had this same conflict with these two plugins: Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft and Formidable Forms.
Both of them are awesome plugins by the way.

I just wanted to let you all know that I looked into this and BWS google captcha is loading this script:
https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?render=explicit&hl=en
on every page. If BWS can register the script on line 154 of google-catpcha.php and then enqueue the script only on pages where it is needed, that would be ideal and it should resolve the conflict.

I’ll shoot them an email as well to discuss the conflict.

It looks like this issue has been resolved in one of BestWebSoft’s recent releases. Just wanted to post that in here in case anyone was still wondering about it.
