Recaptcha Not showing in firefox or IE

For some reason we have multiple sites using contact form 7 and just noticed that the recaptcha only works (is visible) in Google chrome and Edge. It DOES NOT show up at all in Firefox or IE. Any idea how I can fix this? Here is one of the sites, you should see the recaptcha.
