• Hey,

just installed this according to instructions, all seems set properly and there’s an issue with following in browser console:

recaptcha__en.js:38 Uncaught (in promise) Error: reCAPTCHA placeholder element must be empty
    at recaptcha__en.js:38
    at recaptchaCallback (wpcf7-recaptcha-controls.js?ver=1.2:38)

Therefore the captcha does not load, any ideas?

    Hello,

It sounds like there might be multiple reCaptcha scripts running simultaneously on the same page. Do you have any other plugins that utilize Google reCaptcha activated? Are you using multiple contact forms with reCaptcha on the same page? Could you edit your question and add your website into the URL box so that we may take a look, please?

Actually, it seems that it was heavily reliant on a wrapper div with class wpcf7-form-control-wrap existing. I was removing that div for other purposes, but it was causing some other issues, so I got rid of that filter, ReCaptcha seems to work fine now!

    Thanks for the quick response.
