Recaptcha was not displaying in login
can’t login into my site (wp-admin)

Hi Roberto,
I’m having the exact same problem since yesterday’s WordPress updates.
Need to wait until the BestWebSoft release an update that fixes this problem.
If you’re still not able to log into your site, access your site via FTP (or the File Manager in your cPanel) then find the folder called “google-captcha” (located in /wp-content/plugins/ ).
Rename or even delete the google-captcha folder, this will disable the plugin and allow you to access your admin panel again. You may need to refresh the login page a couple of times first.
Regards,
Florian
Yes, solved via FTP !
Thank you.Hi Roberto,
If we understand you correctly, you managed to restore the access to your Dashboard. After that it is necessary to rename the folder with the plugin and check how it works in the comments form. If the problem remains, please complete the following:
1) Try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains.
2) Try deactivating all of your plugins except Google Captcha by Bestwebsoft
and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
3) Provide your System status as well. Follow the next instruction – https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Wi2X8RdRGXk9kMszQy1xItJrpN0ncXgioH935MaBKtc/edit
4) Let us know about the results.Perhaps, it’ll be more convenient for you to provide all the necessary information via our support forum – https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Sincerely,
BestWebSoft Support TeamI am having the same problem… when you go to the login screen on site it does not show but if you try and login you get the red error saying need captcha and the captcha then shows up or if when you go to the login screen and of course it does not show, hit the refresh button on browser and all of a sudden boom it shows up. Lol this plugin is a bit buggy.

BestWebSoft Support TeamI have the same problem as Dallen Harris. When first loading the WP login page, the captcha plugin doesn’t display, and I get error message on attempting to login. But then the captcha shows up and I can login.
This only started happening when I deactivated the plugin as part of a test to find a conflict between my plugins and my theme (which I found and fixed), but after re-activating captcha the problems started. I am going to try deleting it altogether and starting again – to see if that fixes the problem.
No, uninstalling & reinstalling didn’t solve the problem.
Hi,
Please provide a link to your site so that we could help you.
Sincerely,
BestWebSoft Support Teami want to put a captcha on a login or register page for a site that uses the Real Homes theme. i configured the plug in and put the short code on the page but it does not display the captcha. if you click the register button then it brings you to the wordpress login page and says that the captcha is invalid. it displays the user name and email and then you can enter the captcha and it works properly. i just want to put it on the register form. Is there a way to do that and not go to the wordpress login page?
also, once the registration is accepted it would be nice to be redirected back to the login or register page. is that possible?
here is a link to the page:
