    Hello,

I would like to activate ReCAPTCHA on my login page, but wordfence tells me that “reCAPTCHA support is currently incompatible with the WooCommerce login page and should not be enabled. Support may be added in a future version”

    What does that mean?
Does that impact the purchase funnel or does that impact the admin login page, or what is the “woocommerce login page”?

How can we move forward with this : should this be mentionned to the woocommerce plugin support? To the wordfence support?
    Thanks !

    Hi @herbertwest1

This means that our Google reCAPTCHA feature only works on the default WordPress login and registration URL’s below:

    example.com/wp-login.php
    example.com/wp-login.php?action=register

Our Google reCAPTCHA feature will not currently work on custom WooCommerce login and registration URL’s.

@wfphil We have a custom login and use Woocommerce but we still use the wp-login for admin access and the like – so will this still work on those without breaking Woo?

    Cheers

    Michael

    Thanks @wfphil

So that means that recaptcha doesnt work, but it doesnt break anything either?
Meaning, that people can still buy things?

    Thanks

I am asking, because Wordference do say, in the “login options” that :
“We’ve detected that you’re using WooCommerce. reCAPTCHA support is currently incompatible with the WooCommerce login page and should not be enabled. Support may be added in a future version.”

So, it kind of sounds like if I activate that option, hell will break loose…

    Hi @herbertwest1 and @mmacneil

You may find that with our CAPTCHA enabled that it won’t break anything in the WooCommerce login or registration process but we can’t guarantee that if you have additional WooCommerce addon plugins that may then potentially introduce conflicts

    Thanks @wfphil
Did find a solution there but really happy with everything else WordFence does after upgrading to Premium, particularly the realtime malicious scanning, stopped shedloads yesterday ??

The only comment would be about the country blocking, it would be useful to have a redirect to a URL and a little more precision, i.e to city. I have needed to use another plug-in to do that because we were getting flooded with traffic from Lagos and needed to redirect to the African website shop for anyone from Lagos.

    @wfphil

    Thanks a lot !
I activated it, and I managed to do a basic order.
So I will see how it goes, but hopefully everything is doing fine, and the security got better ??

    Best
