reCAPTCHA Not Appearing Problem

Please let us know if you are seeing the reCAPTCHA configured correctly on the settings.

If so, I would suggest performing full plugin & theme conflict test. Please make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.

Hello thanks.

A strange situation; When I log in to WordPress admin, reCaptcha appears in the form section. When I look like the end user from the hidden tab, reCaptcha does not appear.

Another method attracted my attention; When the ‘Behaviour – Rendering – Load form using AJAX’ option is active, all users can see reCAPTCHA.

When we first used the form, this setting was turned off and it was actually working fine that way.

I tested your form on my lab site with Forminator and default theme activated and with “Load form using AJAX” enabled and disabled and reCAPTCHA V2 is always visible.

I recommend in this case keeping “Load form using AJAX” enabled or following our recommendation from the previous reply to run a full plugin conflict test to narrow down which plugin or maybe a theme makes the issue when “Load form using AJAX” is disabled.
