    Hi Doug, you sent me an email that I replied to on Saturday with the following:

    I’ve had a quick look at your site and you have WooCommerce installed. That already handles frontend password resetting for you so you don’t need my plugin. It will probably conflict.

    Hi Richard –

    Sorry, I didn’t connect the two together. The problem with WooCommerce is that it redirects to the standard WP-admin page. We want to create a custom experience for our users to change their password on the front-end of the website since we are a membership website. I did some more digging and discovered that your plugin conflicted with the Google Recaptcha plugin. I removed Google Recaptcha plugin and it worked.
