Recaptcha is showing Sample and when preview it is invisable

  • I have the premium version. Have installed the add-on for reCaptcha.
    When I add it to my form, it shows SAMPLE accross the image. When I preview it does not show. When I try to fill out the form, it tells me I need to enter the code. But there is no place to enter code. Any suggestions.
