Recaptcha in Modal Not Working

We use 3 recaptchas on a page, one of which is on a form that only shows in a modal window. The other 2 recaptchas work fine but the one in the modal window will spin indefinitely and then give a pop up saying cannot connect to recaptcha.

It doesn’t matter in which order I check off the recaptchas. It also doesn’t matter if I remove the other recaptchas from the page, the one in the modal will simply never work. You can see the behavior by clicking the green “Get in Touch” button on the right side of the page and checking off that recaptcha.

What do we need to do to get it working inside of the modal?
