recaptcha got ignored

    Hi there,
    I can see the reCaptcha on the the three form that i wanted to implement it (log in, registration and reset form),it work perfectly fine with log in and reset form (where user arent able to successfully submit the form unless they click the recaptcha) but when it come to the registration form, the user still can register a without the need to use the reCaptcha. kindly assist

    Apologies for the slow feedback. i uses profilepress for the three function (login,register and reset form)
