reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce at Checkout page – not come up with real image

reCAPTCHA security feature used to work properly.

most of time when I test on following checkout page, the reCAPTCHA security feature does not come up with real-world images for testing verification process, but usually I only need tick box – I’m not a robot, the transaction order can be placed properly.

Wonder if the logged in current user earlier placed order at Checkout page once with reCAPTCHA security feature, next time logged in current user place order again can skip to pass the reCAPTCHA security?
