reCaptcha field not working?

Hello. I’m trying to implement a frontend form to let users create new posts. When it comes to reCaptcha, using the v3 works but prevents any form to be successfully submitted, v2 doesn’t work at all (box “I’m not a robot” doesn’t show up).

Of course I set the Site Key and Secret Key as supposed.

Any idea on how to fix this?
