Are you using reCAPTCHA v2 or v3? I am not using a default WordPress theme; I have the Jobify theme by Astoundify, and Recaptcha is working fine. Which four themes did you try?

Also, please note that reCAPTCHA v3 works without user interaction. Instead of showing a CAPTCHA challenge, reCAPTCHA v3 returns a score. All you’ll see is the reCAPTCHA logo in the bottom right corner of your website.

Recaptcha v2. Jobify theme is what we are currently using but it also didn’t work with our old theme which was Whitehat. There are no plugin conflicts.

reCAPTCHA appears to be properly working. I am attaching a screenshot of what I see on my site using the Jobify theme:

Can you start by updating any plugins that require it?

If that doesn’t help, I suspect other plugins you may have installed on your site could be causing this issue. Could you try temporarily disabling all plugins and revert to a default theme??

I recommend testing things on a staging site rather than on your production (live) site. Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

    ?
First, temporarily switch to?Twenty Twenty-Three, which is one of the default WordPress themes. If things still don’t work properly with Twenty Twenty-Three, please try checking for conflicting plugins.
    ?
To do so, temporarily disable all plugins but WP Job Manager (and related addons), and see if the issue resolves. If it does, try activating your plugins one by one and try to reproduce the problem. If it comes back when you activate a particular plugin, you’ve found the culprit.
    ?
If you’d rather not create a staging site,?Health Check?is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it requires an official default theme like?Twenty Twenty-Three. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site.

@belgirlinaz You mentioned that you’ve already tried four different themes other than the default ones. Can you let us know which ones those are?
