recaptcha doesn’t show

Recaptcha is activated with the keys on my basic contact form. It does not show up on the form at all. I have removed all plugins related to captcha/recaptcha, all other form plugins, and all login-styling plugins. Transient database data have been removed, and the cache cleared.
