reCAPTCHA disappearing after latest update

    I have updated the plugin to latest version(Version 0.4), now after a particular time, if the page is kept open, captcha box disappearing from the form, and getting this error in console:
    Uncaught Error: reCAPTCHA has already been rendered in this element

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms Anti Spam, I am going to run some further tests with this and revert back as soon as I possibly can.

    What version of reCAPTCHA are you using and what browser is this occurring with?

    Thanks, could you please try V3 reCAPTCHA and let me know if this helps?

    Do you have any other plugins that may use or implement reCAPTCHA?

    @andrewza –

    v2 stops working with the latest update unless you install the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.

    Was just working on an existing account that has Caldera 1.9.3 and v0.4 of this plugin and needed the migrate helper plugin to fix issues with Caldera and found that v2 is in fact affected.

    When I use V3, the reCaptcha will not disappear, but if we keep the page opened for a while and try to submit the form, I am getting a link says: The captcha wasn't entered correctly. Reset. If I click on the Reset link, nothing happens.

    Having the same issues. I tried installing the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin but that doesnt seem to help.

    @andrewza Is there any development on this issue? Still not resolved even after the CF update last day.

    Having the same issue. It disappears after about two minutes and the form will not send once it disappears. You have to refresh the page. With Caldera being stopped at the end of the year, should we be considering other alternatives? If so, what do other recommend as a good Caldera alternative?

    @genoq Yes, that will be better, move from Caldera, why should @andrewza waste his time on this. I am now using Gravity forms, you wont see this form as flexible as Caldera in the design perspective but this is a solid alternative when considering the performance and developer tools.

    Of course you wont find a free alternative for Caldera – that is a sad truth ??
