Recaptcha Disappeared

I have several forms on my website, and reCAPTCHA was working fine when I first installed it a few months ago. Now, reCAPTCHA is no longer showing up on any of my forms. I was informed of this when a spammer signed up through a form today.
I have toggled between v2 and v3 in the plugin settings and nothing is populating.
What could be the issue here?

I had the same problem. I solved with the following:
1) I enabled the V3 recapcha
2) Because the https://github.com/mailster/mailster-recaptcha/blob/master/mailster-recaptcha.php#L252 not working for some reason I added this:$script .= "<script>grecaptcha.ready(function(){grecaptcha.execute('" . mailster_option( 'reCaptcha_public' ) . $html = $script . '...I wasn’t able to figure out why not displaying the script in WP5.3, but this is my workaround right now.
