Recaptcha disabled on checkout, but prevents checkout completing

  • Thank you for the useful plugin.

    On my site I have the recaptcha disabled on checkout. But we’ve had a report that it prevented the checkout process from completing, which is a concern.

    I got a report that it on the checkout page “it is telling [the customer] to do the reCAPTCHA but there isn’t one appearing”. I’ll see if I can get more information. It seems intermittent, because otherwise checkouts have been successful.

    It seems like this could be an issue caused by this plugin. Let me know if there’s any logs or info I can send privately to assist.

    I see there is an option to disable the script on pages outside of checkout/login. Perhaps an option to disable the plugin script on the checkout page could be useful.

    I am on woocommerce 9.4.2 and reCAPTCHA for WooCommerce 1.4.0 (I’ll update woocommerce to latest now)

  • I use another plugin to diisable recaptcha script everywhere it is not useful, I only enable it on few pages where it is needed.
