The user submitted posts plugin ALWAYS loads recaptcha support, even on pages that do not contain the shortcode. This creates in my case a conflict when I use a form plugin that needs recaptcha, in this case everest forms.
The form is NOT on the same page as the upload content possibility, but since recaptcha is unnecessarily loaded in the header (/www . google . com/recaptcha/api . js?ver=20190220) of this page by the user submitted posts plugin I get a conflict message in the javascript console stating “Error: reCAPTCHA has already been rendered in this element”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reporting this. Have you tried the “Targeted Loading” setting? I haven’t tested it with reCaptcha, but when enabled the setting should disable all scripts and styles on non-specified pages. I would try that first, and if it doesn’t work, then it’s a bug that will be fixed in the next plugin update.
