recaptcha conflict with mailerlite

    Hi,

    I use wpforms for email submission and mailerlite for subscribers and recaptcha does not working.
    I tried to use hcaptcha, but then it caused an error on ml form. I switched to recaptcha 2 – tried both visible and unvisible version, but cannot submit form. Error I got:
    Not able to submit.
    I used the no conflict option on wpforms settings – no change, deleted wpform plugin and reinstalled again, it didn’t help.
    Now the error msg is error on recaptcha validation, not able to submit the form.
    As temporary solution i switched off the mailerlite recaptcha, but i would like to use it in order to avoid robot subscribers. I’m not using plugin for mailerlite, just embedding the form with html code (and js script in the header).

    Thanks for writing in!

    In my testing, I was able to submit the form and reCAPTCHA worked for me. Screenshot for quick reference.

    It seems that the issue was caused due to reCAPTCHA that’s active on the service you are using since it’s causing the issue. Having said that, can you please activate the other reCAPTCHA again so I can do some testing?

    Thanks for checking. Yes, indeed if it’s not used in mailerlite wpform works okay. I switched back the recaptcha on mailerlite form. Now i get on wpform the same error “required field” – however all fields has value, or checked and unable to send the form. No conflict mode is checked at wpforms settings.

    Since you’re using reCAPTHCA on another plugin, it might cause conflict with WPForms reCAPTCHA even though you’ve selected no-conflict mode. In this case, you may consider using the hCaptcha on WPForms to avoid spam submissions and potential conflict.

    I started with hcaptcha and somehow it was placed into the mailerlite form too. I check it again and if the problem repeats will send a screenshot. Will come back soon…

    It caused again the same problem.
    When recaptcha on mailerlite and hcpatcha on wpforms was used, I got this error:

    if i turn off the mailerlite recaptcha then it’s okay, so arrived back to the starting point- together they are not working…

    Okay, as a result, i started to use ninja forms and v3 recaptcha. Not sure if it would have been work with wpforms too, but happy that both forms finally work!
