reCAPTCHA Breaks the Form

Whenever I add the ReCAPTCHA option, the form will stop working. Take it out and the form is back to operational, but subject to spammers.
I put this plugin in my sandbox (no plugins or themes) and the problem shows up there.
Need the ReCAPTCHA. Please advise. Thank you.
